Access to COP 16 in Cancun for NGOs
US negotiator Jonathan Pershing at the UNFCCC Climate Change Talks Bonn June 2010: In Cancun to limit the access of NGOs to the venue besides the accreditation a limited set of extra passes will most likely be issued in order to control the access to the meeting venues.
